200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
More than a certification. A journey of learning, curiosity, and authentic growth.
Whether your dream is to become a yoga teacher or to deepen your own personal practice, our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to help you build a meaningful understanding of yoga while discovering your own unique voice.
Held one weekend each month over 10 months, this Yoga Alliance Registered program offers a supportive, discussion-based learning environment where questions are encouraged, perspectives are explored, and every student is valued.
Rather than asking you to teach the way we teach, we’ll help you develop the confidence, knowledge, and skills to teach in a way that feels genuine to you.
Who This Training Is For
This training is for anyone who feels called to explore yoga more deeply.
Perhaps you dream of teaching classes. Perhaps you simply want to understand the practice beyond the poses. Maybe you’re looking for personal growth, meaningful connection, or a new chapter in your life.
Whatever brings you here, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
No previous teaching experience is required—only an open mind and a willingness to learn.
What Makes Our Training Different
We believe that great yoga teachers aren’t created by memorizing scripts or copying someone else’s style.
They are created through understanding.
Our goal is to help you become a teacher who can think critically, adapt confidently, and teach authentically.
Throughout the training, we encourage discussion, curiosity, and exploration. We welcome questions and believe that learning happens best when ideas can be examined together.
You’ll graduate with more than information—you’ll leave with confidence in your own voice.
What You’ll Learn
Over ten months you’ll explore the many dimensions of yoga, including:
• Yoga philosophy and history
• Functional anatomy and biomechanics
• Breathwork (Pranayama)
• Meditation practices
• Yoga sequencing
• Intelligent cueing and effective communication
• Trauma-informed teaching principles
• Inclusive and accessible yoga
• The science behind movement and nervous system regulation
• Ethics and professionalism
• Hands-on teaching experience
Every topic is taught with respect for both traditional yogic wisdom and current scientific understanding, allowing you to develop a well-rounded perspective that supports safe, thoughtful teaching.
Learn From Experienced Teachers
Your training is led by two dedicated instructors with a combined 50 years of yoga practice.
We believe that being a teacher also means being a lifelong student.
Our instructors continue to study, attend trainings, and expand their knowledge so that what we teach remains thoughtful, evidence-informed, and rooted in both experience and curiosity.
Our commitment isn’t simply to teach yoga.
It’s to model what it means to keep learning.
More Than Teacher Training
Many students begin this journey thinking they simply want to earn a certification.
What they often discover is something much deeper.
Greater confidence.
A stronger connection with themselves.
A supportive community.
A deeper appreciation for yoga as a lifelong practice.
Whether you choose to teach after graduation or simply enrich your own practice, the knowledge and experience you gain will continue to support you long after the program ends.
Begin Your Journey
If you’re looking for a teacher training that values curiosity over perfection, discussion over memorization, and authenticity over imitation, we’d love to welcome you.
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is registered with Yoga Alliance and is offered one weekend each month over ten months.
We invite you to join us as we explore, question, learn, and grow—together.
